muhaha im so tired.. woke up early todae..
supposed to help mama sell fruits.. but
she called n ask mi 12 den go down.. coz
aunite is back from her trip le.. oh good.
heh .. den went back to slp of coz ..
woke up 11am.. packed my bag for ff..
changed n went down lo.. first thingy is
eat.. coz im too famished.. so ate my fav
wontan mee.. hehe den started to work like
a cow.. dun ever see mi working in market k
cause u will get a shock.. coz u will see
vivi clearing heaps of rubbish.. sweeping
the forever dirty litters floor.. yelling
n shouting to mama.. ask her this ask her tt..
n stopped her from doing anything tt disturbed
mi... muahhah mi at there got no xing xiang de..
haha but lei.. since when i got xing xiang..
ahhahaa alright.. after tt.. went hm to bath
n relaz.. den do my timetable out.. coz
i need to plan when to go ff when sch reopens
headache.. see the tt i also abit headache..
hehehe even though the most i go sch the most 3?
sometimes worst 4... but mostly 2 i think...
den off i went to ff at 4.40pm.. hehee..
reached there at 5pm.. changed till 5.10pm..
then i go do my warm up le.. went threadmill for
15 mins.. den dunno wat for 3 mins.. rest n tot
gg pt.. but lemon dunno where.. haha so i go drink
n see got wat dvds available.. n guess what nat n 1 pt
at there toking.. booo hahaha n worst my hands got sweat
n the dvd flew off.. muahahah so paisei... nice guy la
tried helping mi to take dvd.. but i took liao..n he still
ask if im ok?? muahah sweet boi la.. hahaha then he smiled
lo.. haha second time le.. haha siao de vivi.. boo..
after tt went do cardio wave for 5 mins.. den lemon cum
liao.. haha n todae is circuit training again... todae
vivi not in the mood la.. not very happy also.. hehe ..
den i do my pt in a not usual mood.. haha damn quiet..
ahah too tired... geesh.. now vivi must train in 20 lbs
for wt lo.. the heaviest so far.. booo .. n the steper
equip.. arghhh effort 5 all the way to 10.. can imagine i
step until i can die... hahah n abs.. haha 20 * 6 sets..
i tot he bluff mi.. who noes.. is real lo.. n lastly go..
rowing.. slaute jas la.. i noe ur 6k thingy liao.. the highest
i can go is 5k plus.. hahaha n 5 min 800m nia.... haha n i pant
like shit.. muahaha den tts the end lo.. after ff.. i go
da bao dinner n go hm le.. n yeah i ate wontan mee again... muahaha

yeahh tmrw gg to eat korean food with jas lo..
yes.. shit my plan of strict diet crash again..
hai. but i promise tt after tues.. i will eat
healthily le.. i really wan to slim down to at
least 4x kg.. muahaha y after tues? coz i promised
my simmies.. eh or rather... dan n zhen.. haha
to eat CJ during our holis lo.. but din. since tues
gg sch.. n buying pressie for our didi in the grp..
yeahh last 2 super nice meals.. muahha sounds so
bad hor.. haha like last meal.. hah but no la.. i
just wan to keep to a healthy diet.. hehe ...
mi n kenix kana poisoned by lemon le.. say things
until so scary FATSSS.. gosh.. vivi must guai guai
train my brain to be guai too... dun eat so much..
dun eat fatty n sinful food.. only ONCE a while..
haha keke .. today went ff for pt.. lucky kenix..
n lucky vivi tt i got a gd pt.. free pt for kenix
todae.. did pt tgt.. hha poor kenix hope she
isn't aching tmrw.. coz todae's prog is "floor work"
i do until siao also.. face all twisted.. body shaking
haha.. poor vivi no strength de.. he also poor thing
earn my $$ also hard have to entertain both of us..
always took up alot of his time also.. ahha but he eng
also.. chatted over phone with kenix after ff lo..
den discussed abt her attitudes also lo... haha
kenix dunno she is being too straight n hahahah

im also a strange person i can react diffly to diff ppl
seems like i got multi personality? looking back..
i treat family, relatives, frds, classmates etc.. diffly
y? which i dunno also.. i just react diffly with each
person... it can be seen very clearly lo... in sch
i can mix with simmies pretty well.. xi nu ai le.. they
will noe.. just like in ff... i think ppl there sure
find im weird. got frds with him i smile more.. alone
i dun smile.. i onli smile laugh when raymond is ard
others.. haha i just i see nth... but when im happy..
first time i heard "nat" voice woahh not bad..
den i smiled at him too.. coz he helping us..
in any cases i will smile n thanks ppl when they offer help
but if they r just passing by or happened to be there...
i will lone ranger again.. haha no smile no watever..

yo.. few days din blog ba.. busy busy..
actually not really la... haha..
fri went to ff .. changed my pt to 8pm
first time went there at night haha but
tv addict vivi reached there ard 6.50pm..
went deposit money den changed... wee 7pm..
is time to see kinship show .. got elvin
n jesseca. hahaa meinu n handsome... woo
i love that "handsome" bear.. such a cute
name ya.. muaahaa den cycled for half an hr.
haha den went i change station to threadmill
jas came lo.. so end up din jog lo.. chatted
with her n met her family.. so long no see..
well i think jas slimmed down lo... haha
too long din see her.. hope im right tt she slim
down n toned ... when u all see her on cuming
gathering judge it urself ya! after tt all girls
went PT lo.. her sis followed by her mum.. jas n
lastly mi.. haha i still played a trick on mr lemon
hahaha n i succeeded.. wohoooo.. den started my
first ever tiring PT with him... haha everything 20s
rest.. haha soo tired.. im so weak... noe y?
coz sat went ff again.. this time with kenix normally
weekend im with her de..den is F&E for us lo.. coz we
din manage to go combat class.. coz we r busy shopping!!
hahaha den she wanted to go body balance also.. but upon
seeing the name she changed her mind.. so is F&E lo..
den i think my cardio is better than strength.. anything
ask mi run i can endure.. but doing the steps, wave and 1
dunno wat.. always do 3 mins le.. my legs gave up lo..
den kenix wan to go n do weights..blur vivi mixed up 2
similar equipments.. haha i think the botak pt sure
laff inside his heart until pengz.. hehe .. den mighty kenix
haha super lo.. she can do 50 times with no break.. n her wt
is 15lbs i think is lbs la.. haha onli see number.. normally
i do 5 or 10 one sometimes 15.. hahha i wana kowtow to her le..
after ff i went meet yb go his office n work... hahaha FOC
work.. hehe worked until 10.30pm coz they got sum stuffs to do
so i helped his mama lo.. so poor thing for dunno how many days
she always OT till 11pm +.. since im free i go help her lo...
easy job but tiring on eyes... hehe n i ate nth for dinner la..
den i craved for porridge.. so off we went to macpherson to
eat the pork porridge n my chee cheong fun n hao gao...
weee im so so so happy lo.... i think mi abit kana by zhen liao
eat also happy.. but very nice la.. haha weeeeee..

wee finally i receive sim sch fee invoice lo..
wth.. until now den receive... n ask mi to pay
by 30th june.. very smart of them lo.. but not
they earn also.. wan mi pay extra 2% zzzzz qi si

today woke up early.. back to zz.. den woke up
by dear kenix.. broke the news to mi.. that her heels
broke.. haha so kua zhang.. she bot the pair which i
wanted to buy at first... but i wear le walk will
unstable ( which i tot is normal la.. coz normally
i wear those kind of heels i will feel unstable)
haha few days ago she told mi she also feel unstable..
n i told her to relax.. maybe her way of walking.. the
wt she maybe tends to put on the left/right side tts
y unstable.. ahaha n tdy the heels broke.. wahh
i also dunno y le.. believe is the shoe itself also
got prob le ba? hehehe .. after which bath n washed some
clothes.. haha den off i go to TPY lo.. went BK to eat

gg heart attack le.. hehe do till 4.15pm.. went pantry
to relax read papers sipping icy cold water

dunno him i din really paid attention to them..
in fact i din looked straight to them..
mauaha shy vivi no la... when im alone i dun like

yo.. aching vivi is back again..
haha today went FF at 1.30 reached there ard 2pm
ahaha went there reading mag again..
haha i sound like a tai tai over there..
not doing gym just gg to sip tea n read mag..
den saw raymond.. coz i felt someone "staring" me~
look up n got a startle.. muahah den just smile
smile.. den back to mag.. den after tt went pilates..
aloysius is the instructor tdy.. muaha quite suave
n body hmm not bad.. hehe n he also very funny guy lo
aahaha OOO n i saw him training when i was in my PT...
haha quite quite.. whats the word.. man! hahaha
pilates was a funny one.. i think FF club de instructor
more frdly n approachable.. n the members all super
high one.. they always make those noises .. ehhe ..
today pt all abt leg training.. freak.. im a weak!!!
i got no hand strength.. no leg.. n core muscles strength..
hai weight training sux.. i hated it. boooo but i think for
my 1st 10 pt all is weight training le... lucky pt is
raymond~ muahaha i sounds like im in love with him sia..

im aching all over my body..
haha im gg to get "suan" by my dear pt liao...

pt training le.. first was ok lo.. not much of perspiration..
today lei.. also not much .. alright i think i dun perspire

i think he will ask mi to do stretches to relax my muscles lo..

mon went to watch shrek 3.. surprisingly not bad la..
ahha i like the part where fiona n the disney princesses
stood up for themselves n fight back to prince charming..

i think onli watched the whole show.. dior watch 3/4 coz

what i expected came true..

den i got CR for mktg.. expected it.. coz i knew for the
fact that i will just get a PA in my exams...
den... for MAB the killer.. NN (fail) hahha SEE!!
ppl dun underestimate my intuition lo...
