im aching all over my body..
haha im gg to get "suan" by my dear pt liao...
hehehe.. freak im a happy ger... like what i told
kenix.. hah i think no ppl do pt will keep laughing
de.. muahaha MI lo.. i always laff de.. coz i can't
do things right i laff.. things he said i laff..
whatever thingy i also laff... even when he asked
" did u ever broke ur arm? " i LAFFED! wth..
freak... am i crazy .. hehe went for my official 2 sessions
pt training le.. first was ok lo.. not much of perspiration..
today lei.. also not much .. alright i think i dun perspire
much.. haha unlike gg combat which i can perspire like mad..
keke .. k the reason y i like raymond.. coz he very totful ba?
i think he will ask mi to do stretches to relax my muscles lo..
like today my pt.. haha damn funny... i keep laffing inside my
heart.. kana inner injury..coz at the end of the session..
he like doing physiotheorapy to mi lo.. i just lie down..
n n he do my leg "exercise" for mi le.. there like a queen
enjoying the process.. relaxing... ok.. todae i was at FF from
2pm to 6pm lo.. haha but i onli did around 3hrs work ba? 1 hr
there nua.. reading mag.. haha ..

keke after FF... went shopping ard with kenix.. haha we each bot
a new heels.. hehe.. happy n went shop ard lo... planning to see
shu qi but end up din la.. also dunno at which part.. haha
so we just cont our shopping spree.. ok lo.. thats the end lo..

i got nth to say le lo.. coz recently my days r spent at FF nia..
n is FF time again tmrw! wohoo.. look forward to my next pt liao!
