mon went to watch shrek 3.. surprisingly not bad la..
ahha i like the part where fiona n the disney princesses
stood up for themselves n fight back to prince charming..
n get artie to be the new king of far far away land..
haha soo funny can! hehe .. boo bring the 2 kiddys go..
i think onli watched the whole show.. dior watch 3/4 coz
aloy keep disturbing her.. no need further explain...
can see tt aloy v naughti right.. haha keep on toking
n reporting to her sis... booo so irritating.. i keep
gifing him the "zetz zetz" sound.. muahaha

after which i went Y to combat.. hehe den end up lei.. haha
end up the combat moves same as F de... hhaha alright..
end up still i love issey can.. coz i like the way he teach..
at least agar agar i noe what the moves will be like..
unlike F... haha although got intro class.. but ma jiam no use..
no wonder old ginger is always the best!

i got a pt instructor lo.. mr raymond.. till now i find him ok la
not bad helpful n frdly lo.. but when training starts i jiu dunno
le lo.. so i will keep my fingers crossed. hehe hopefully i really
can shed down some wt.. but most impt ma.. is my fat % must drop la
arbo i so unhealthy.. booo...
